List of Counties in Kenya. With the Promulgation of the Kenyan Constitution in 2010 came the Devolution system of Governmenr which brought about Devolution. Kenya has 47 Counties which are headed by Governors with Senators being incharge of oversight. Each County has County Assemblies which are are Represented by MCA’s{Members of County Assembly}
